Permissions: W1 Mage - To edit or clear the MOTD.

By typing 'motd' by itself, one will get displayed the contents of the motd.txt file on the server. Mages and higher can type: motd <message> to add a message to the MOTD, or type: motd clear to clear all of the MOTD.

For those that do work on the server side, the MOTD is just a normal text file and can be edited like any text file, if the in-server MOTD command doesn't suit your needs.
