 Medical Mechanica is something of a mystery on Twisted both before and after the Unification. What is known is that their local base of operations rests on the shores of Lake Emepherea in the form of a giant iron-shaped building which randomly produces steam at odd hours. The building has a hallway which goes around its base with no doors into the interior. Randomly a representative of MM will make an appearance to talk about how the company is helping people somehow, or to speak of a new innovation, but beyond that there is nothing.

 Filling a gap previously held by [[:Category:TASK|T.A.S.K.]], the Mabase City Police Force was founded by Rayne Hurris in 4 UT to keep the citizens of Twisted safe from otherworldly threats. Unlike T.A.S.K. which was originally focused primarily on preventing cross-world contamination, the MCPD has been established to protect the citizens of Twisted and help them to feel safe - something which was very important once the Twisted Street was shattered. Currently there isn't a police academy on Twisted. Applicants need to get approval from Chief Hurris and she takes interviews very seriously.

As the barrier keeping the City of Twisted was removed, chaos flooded forth from the Wastelands. Crumbling remains of buildings, with the occasional stubborn homeless living inside them, litter both sides of the street. As you get further away from stability the buildings give way to rows of doors jutting out of the ground as if trying to break free. From here continuing into the Wastelands is obviously a bad idea. Proceed there at your own risk.

-Putting the wastelands behind you and traveling east from the city center brings you closer to the bay. The air smells better, the temperature is cooler, and occasionally a seagull passes overhead. It's no surprise that the main government of Twisted has been set up here. On the Northern side of the street the Pantheon called the Town Hall rests beside the local clinic. The opposite side of the street sits a convenience store known as the 24*7, and along the side of it is the sandy path that takes you to Zeku-Kari beach.

 Of the more outlandish places to eat, this is certainty one of the most unique. The theme of the restaurant is meant to be coldhearted, much like stepping into an automated factory. When you want to eat out but don't want to deal with the disgusting meat-sacks who surround you, this is the place to go.

 More of a description than a name, this road turns towards and into a massive cemetary. It's as if the collective worlds that cross Twisted have converged here to bury their dead. It seems to go on and on. Every so often, the odd pairing of a street lamp and a bench in front of the fence seem to be the only decorations. Even from here, a large cherry tree is visible within the gates of the cemetary. Somehow such a sign of life seems oddly inappropriate.
