Going off of Brett's post in the Facebook Fan Page there may be an animated series. I did some Facebook stalking on his primary page and found this posted in January 2021. He also mentions in the comments that Wennanty may be voicing. I don't know if they are from any kind of animated series but just what I found while digging.

The tone looks so off. That said, more context may help. Still not a fan of the artstyle tho.

Looks like a circa ~2000 Flash game to me.
