Woks. The Looter.
Clothes maketh the man -- even on The Other Side -- and Woks makes his fortune in the Sewers hiding the Rangers' modesty. Fortunate enough to come across that fabled 'stitch in time', Woks 'came out' as the smoke was clearing from the battles at Gettysburg and had a fine old time stripping the dead of their uniforms which he bunbdled up and carried back across to the Other Side.
Since then, it's always "Hot Sale Time' in Anne de Chantraine's Sewer, as Woks and his fashionable tribe continue to provide the bony Rangers with their Confederate and Yankee garb.
